Hello, and welcome to my web site. My name is
Myles Brett.
I am a qualified chef and have a lot of experience as a
Sous Chef, at times filling in for the Head Chef.
Cooking is my passion and has been so from an early age -
people often commented on my talent when I was growing up.
An Apprenticeship in Commercial Cookery followed and I have
experience working in hotel restaurants (up to 4 star),
clubs, pubs & hotels, a large busy cafe and
private functions.
Currently I am expanding and developing my
career. I was looking for a Sous Chef or Head
Chef position in a restaurant, hotel, or resort and now have
suitable employment. My abilities are above average and I am a
proactive, dynamic, "can do" person - a good team member,
able to lead where necessary.
I understand the importance of looking after customers
properly and derive great satisfaction from happy patrons.
An Australian citizen, I was born in 1972 in
Queensland and my interests include: Golf, Cricket and
Surfing.
